Register your team (family or corporate) for the 2010 Four States Step Up for Down Syndrome Walk in Texarkana, Arkansas! Get started with your very own fundraising page and have fun spreading awareness to your family and friends, neighbors and co-workers!

This form allows you to register your team (and team name) for the 2010  Four States Step Up Walk (formerly the Buddy Walk) in Texarkana, AR.  Fill out the information in the form and you will be contacted with continuing information about the walk and how to help your team raise money and awareness!!!

If you choose to have a Team Packet mailed to you, it will be on its way soon.  You do have the option to download the forms in pdf format if that is more convenient for you.  Use the forms as an aid in your team effort.  And remember to READ the TEAM REGISTRATION PROCEDURES page for information on shirt order deadlines and money deadlines for the TEAM COMPETITION. 

With the information you provide, an online fundraising page will be created for your team.  Use it to gather donations from your friends, co-workers, family - and especially those who live far away.  It is totally safe - operated through PayPal and does not require a credit card or that you create an account.
