Waiver of Liability

(Please read before completing registration.  This waiver must be signed before you participate in the Red River Valley Buddy Walk.)

I, the undersigned, assume any and all risks that might be associated with the Buddy Walk.  I further waive, release and discharge the Red River Valley Down Syndrome Society, their officers, employees, sponsors, organizers, volunteers and other representatives at this event, for any and all injuries or damages of any kind whatsoever suffered by myself and/or my minor children as a result of taking part in the Buddy Walk or any related activity.  I also authorize the Red River Valley Down Syndrome Society the use of any photo, film or videotape taken of me or my minor children at the event.
