We are doing the Step Up Walk to raise awareness for Down syndrome. We want people to understand that people with Down syndrome are just that- people. Ava, just as all people with Down syndrome, deserves to be treated with love and respect.We are also walking because the Walk is just plain fun.

The Step Up Walk is a vehicle in which we can promote the possibilities that exist in each person with Down syndrome.
