Details: This meeting is normally held quarterly. Those living in the Fannin County/Grayson County area are invited to attend. Registration is for seating purposes only. There is NO FEE to attend this workshop/meeting.

Please bring your concerns to discuss with other parents and professionals. Guests are often invited to speak about different topics at meetings.

Red River Valley Buddy Walk Team Captain Commitment Form (16 Oct 2010)

This form allows you to register your team (and team name) for the 2010 Red River Valley Buddy Walk in Paris, Texas. Fill out the information in the form and you will be contacted with continuing information about the walk and how to help your team raise money and awareness!!!

If you choose to have a Team Packet mailed to you, it will be on its way soon. You do have the option to download the forms in pdf format if that is more convenient for you. Use the forms as an aid in your team effort. And remember to READ the TEAM REGISTRATION PROCEDURES page for information on shirt order deadlines and money deadlines for the TEAM COMPETITION.

With the information you provide, an online fundraising page will be created for your team. Use it to gather donations from your friends, co-workers, family - and especially those who live far away. It is totally safe - operated through PayPal and does not require a credit card or that you create an account.

The Red River Valley Down Syndrome Society invites you to partner with us to support individuals with Down syndrome and their families. Please join us for our annual Buddy Walk on Saturday, October 16, 2010 at the City of Paris Sports Complex located at the Love Civic Center at 2025 South Collegiate Drive in Paris, Texas. We are expecting a huge crowd for a wonderful day of games and activities, information and entertainment. Enjoy a leisurely walk on the Trail de Paris to wrap up the annual awareness event.

Let your business be a part of the biggest Down syndrome awareness event in northeast Texas and southeast Oklahoma! A donation of as little as $100 puts your name on the back of over 500 Buddy Walk shirts and provides 5 new parent packets to those parents who have a baby born with Down syndrome IN OUR AREA!!!

Your donation can be credited to a team of your choice OR you can form your own team! Just fill out the form completely and choose to make your payment online or send in a check by mail. Your donation is tax deductible (as RRVDSS is a 501c3 nonprofit organization) and a tax receipt will be mailed to you.
